Refund Policy – Budapest Virtual Tours

General Refund Conditions

Customers may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the virtual tour service has not yet been delivered and no on-site scanning or post-processing work has started based on the client’s instructions.

Once the scanning session has taken place or the processing of the virtual tour has begun, the service is considered in progress and is no longer eligible for a refund.

Matterport Virtual Tour Refund Conditions

Refund requests may be accepted within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The Matterport scan has not yet been performed, and
  • The virtual tour has not been created, processed, or delivered, and
  • No custom requirements or specific instructions have already been executed.

Once the Matterport scanning session has been completed, or once the virtual tour has been delivered to the client, refunds cannot be granted, as the service is digital, customized, and non-returnable.


Hosting & Subscription Services

If the service includes Matterport hosting or subscription-based services, refunds are only possible before the hosting period has started.
Once hosting has been activated, the related fees are non-refundable.


Refund Process

  • All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds are processed within a reasonable number of business days following approval.
