1. Services
Budapest Virtual Tours provides professional 3D virtual tour services, including on-site Matterport scanning, digital processing, and hosting-related services, as agreed upon with the client.
The exact scope, pricing, and delivery timeline of each project are defined in the quotation or order confirmation.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information and access to the property at the agreed time
- Ensure the space is ready for scanning (cleaned, accessible, prepared)
- Provide clear instructions or requirements before the service begins
Delays or additional work caused by lack of access, incomplete preparation, or late changes may result in additional fees or rescheduling.
3. Delivery and Acceptance
Once the virtual tour is delivered, it is considered accepted unless the client reports a material issue within a reasonable timeframe.
Minor adjustments may be made at our discretion when technically feasible. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Prices are defined in the quotation or order confirmation
- Payment is due according to the agreed terms, unless otherwise stated
- Late payments may result in suspension of access to the virtual tour or hosting
All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on our website.
In general:
- Services already performed (on-site scanning, delivered tours) are non-refundable
- Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- The client is granted the right to use the delivered virtual tour for its intended purpose (marketing, presentation, etc.)
- Budapest Virtual Tours retains ownership of all underlying technology, workflows, and technical know-how
- The client may not resell, sublicense, or misuse the virtual tour without prior consent
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
7. Hosting and Third-Party Services
Virtual tours may rely on third-party platforms (such as Matterport hosting).
Budapest Virtual Tours is not responsible for outages, limitations, or policy changes imposed by third-party providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Budapest Virtual Tours shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service
We do not guarantee business outcomes (sales, bookings, conversions) resulting from the use of virtual tours.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:
- Non-payment
- Breach of these Terms
- Misuse of the delivered content
Upon termination, any outstanding payments remain due.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Hungary / European Union, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
